Article 1) Parties

Customer: Any individual or entity making a purchase from www.megventure.com

Article 2) Subject

This Agreement is formulated on the www.megventure.com website, between the product purchaser and the website owner. It is governed by Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts as amended by Law No. 4822.

Article 3) General Conditions

  • Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from making purchases on www.megventure.com.
  • Customers affirm their age as over 18 years by accepting this agreement electronically.
  • The seller is not liable for errors in pricing or content due to system errors on www.megventure.com and reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.
  • Purchases from www.megventure.com are for personal use, not for resale.
  • Customers, by confirming this agreement electronically, acknowledge the accuracy and completeness of the seller's provided information, including product details, prices, payment, and delivery.

Article 4) Seller's Responsibilities

Support Policy

The Seller offers module installation either independently or professionally for an additional fee. For self-installation, customers are responsible for successful installation without support from the seller.

Upgrades

Customers who purchase a module are entitled to free updates for one year. The seller is not responsible for delays in notifying customers of updates.

Article 5) Rights of Revocation

Refunds

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 45 days of purchase if not satisfied, subject to the product's rigorous testing and full functionality.

Article 6) Authorized Courts

For this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the seller’s location are authorized, as declared by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade.
